Lesley is a highly motivated and dedicated recruitment professional with over 12 years experience within Recruitment and Selection including management positions with market leaders Addeco and Manpower.

Lesley will head up the DLC Recruitment team with Kevin and John Britton in support.With an approach based upon relationship building, she is able to develop a clear understanding of requirements for both clients and candidates and the best way to provide a bespoke package to meet those requirements.

Lesley is a committed professional, relishing the challenge of expanding the Brand.

Susan

Account Manager

Susan has eight years experience providing quality recruitment and HR services to manufacturing, finance and office based sectors and has first hand experience of setting up national recruitment contracts from scratch.

As a key member of the specialist recruitment team at DLC, Susan’s strengths include listening and understanding clients needs, managing service expectation and delivering consistently above these expectations.

Susan will operate within an Account Management system whereby each client and candidate has one main point of contact. Our account managers are uniquely positioned to act as a hub during the recruitment process; avoiding the usual bombardment of unrelated CV’s to clients and staying in constant touch with candidates.

Kevin Rumfitt

Managing Director

Kevin has over 18 years experience in manufacturing, logistics and supply shain. With a varied career spanning positions from junior manager through to European Director, Kevin has worked and delivered significant improvements across the board. Post Akzo Nobel,Treves, the Explorer Group and Magna Kansei, Kevin has established Durham Logistics College as the leading supplier of qualifications across Management, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics.

Kevin established DLC recruitment to extend the development network further. John Britton

Specialist Manufacturing Expert

Leading our specialist manufacturing team; John has developed bespoke programs for individual companies to aid the development of their strategy and delivers performance management, productivity tools and other manufacturing courses.

John has held senior positions for several multi-national consumer brand companies in Europe, including: Ilford Films, Revlon Cosmetics, and Duracell Batteries.

Bringing to the table a shrewd eye, John has an ability to support the quality of service to both clients - through understanding key role definitions, and candidates - through honesty and wisdom and quality networks and vacancies.
